My goal was to craft a brush that would perfectly complement the Type 15 and also embody my unique design philosophy. I wanted to develop a brush that was built to last, easily serviceable, and possessed its own unique character.

Moreover, I envisioned a brush that could be personalized and customized by its owner, allowing them to tailor it to their individual preferences. The end result? The Type B.

The Type B shaving brush is compatible with any Ø24mm brush knot, giving you the freedom to choose between synthetic or natural options. While it comes equipped with a premium synthetic knot by default, it can be effortlessly swapped out using a unique and secure design. The knot is held in place so securely that it feels as if it's bonded. Releasing the knot requires just a 5mm allen key and minimal effort.

The Type B shaving brush is crafted for an extended lifespan, with the main components constructed from stainless steel. The philosophy behind this design is rooted in the belief that investing in a brush capable of lasting for decades is a worthwhile investment.

To ensure long-term usability, the brush can be fully disassembled, and Hone guarantees the availability of spare parts for all our products. In the unlikely event that your brush requires repair, rest assured that you can easily obtain the necessary parts to restore it to its former glory.
