General Information

All of our orders are currently fulfilled from either the Netherlands or the UK. Our parcels are shipped via DHL and Royal Mail. Our shipping includes insurance for your items and tracking information to your door where available. (tracking information is not available for every country, please check the DHL website  and the Royal Mail Website if you wish to see which countries the service is available in.)  We choose the service to give you the best visibility of your orders progress that is at our disposal.    


Shipping zones, costs, and Time

Our prices shown are inclusive of shipping as standard. Quoted delivery times are broken into zones, these times are estimates and can at times take longer, please get in touch if you have any concerns about your delivery and we will do what we can to help. Often we can only see the same tracking as you, but are happy to speak to the shipping company on your behalf.     

Zone 1 - Delivery in 4 to 8 work days.* 

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France (inl.Corsica), Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Zone 2 - Delivery in 5 to 10 work days*

Aaland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Lativa, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Switerland, Turkey. 

The rest of the world - Delivery in 8 to 18 workdays*

Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability. Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 days we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. Orders that contain goods that are out of stock will be put on back order until all items are available and you will be informed and given the chance to cancel your order.


*Lost or Delayed Orders

The delivery times shown during checkout are typical values and are not guaranteed.  Even zone 1 EU orders can on occasion take up to 14 working days to be delivered, and international orders can take up to 21 working days. This is due to a number of factors including collections over weekends or national holidays, customs delays, and other influences not always in our control. No refunds will be given for orders that do not arrive until after these time periods. If your parcel does take a long time to get to you, or you think something isn't right please get in touch and we will do everything we can to help.
